Julie Leibach

After a few too many laboratory catastrophes, Julie left the world of petri dishes and electron microscopes to pursue a Masters degree in New York University's Science, Health, and Environmental Reporting Program. After graduating, she joined the team at Audubon, where she is now an Associate Editor. She revels in the company of all-things-nature, although fond memories of snorkeling in the Florida Keys and a more recent visit to New York's own Fire Island ensure she'll never live far from the coast.
