Over here in the UK it's Red-throated Diver. My wife and I are keen birders and living in the south of England we can only get see divers in the winter or on migration. We are counting species as well this year but we've still got to find Greater Scaup and Red-throated Diver although we did manage to get a Lesser Scaup at Slimbridge WWT on 2nd January.
